Privacy Notice

IZONAI Digital is operated by BuyBeta Ltd. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the site, subscribe to the newsletter, send a sourcing enquiry or contact us.

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send. If you subscribe to the newsletter, the email address you enter is sent to GetResponse, the email service we use to send it, and stored there. Our own sign-up boxes send it directly from our server, without loading any GetResponse script or cookies in your browser. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter.

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own privacy policy, and we see the details you choose to share with us there.

Sourcing enquiries

If you send a sourcing enquiry from the China & UK Business Access page, we receive the details you enter: your name, business, country, email address, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, and your product requirements. They are stored in Sanity, the content system that runs this website, where only IZONAI staff can see them. A copy may also be emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, so that we see new enquiries promptly. To stop repeated or automated submissions we keep a one-way code derived from your internet address, not the address itself. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to follow it up with you, and we do not add you to the newsletter unless you subscribe yourself. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Visitor analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is switched on only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, or do not answer, Google Analytics is not loaded and your visit is not counted.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records which pages you view, the date and time, the site that referred you, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (country and city, estimated from your internet connection). It does not tell us your name or email address. We use it for statistics only, not for advertising.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We ask again after about six months.

Newsletter service script

GetResponse, our newsletter service, provides a script that runs the newsletter sign-up form and recognises subscribers’ visits. It sets cookies and records the pages visited, so it loads only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, or if you choose “Show the sign-up form” on the newsletter page. If you decline, it is not loaded and any GetResponse cookies from earlier visits are removed. You can also subscribe by emailing us.

Videos on opportunity pages

Some pages include a short video hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube (Google) then processes your viewing under its own privacy policy.
