Our experience

From OBECKS to IZONAI

Our commercial journey did not begin with the launch of IZONAI Digital.

It builds on more than two decades of experience in China, including the establishment of OBECKS Integrated Services in Shanghai in 2008 and subsequent sourcing and international business activities through Guangzhou and other Chinese commercial centres.

Over the years, that experience has covered building materials, roofing products, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, packaging and a wide range of manufactured products, from supplier identification and quotations to negotiation and procurement coordination.

Today, IZONAI brings this practical knowledge into a digital platform designed to make international business opportunities more visible, understandable and accessible to African enterprises.

How the sourcing process works

Every enquiry starts with understanding your requirements and deciding, honestly, whether we can help.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

You tell us what you need, in what quantity, and where it must be delivered.

  2. 2

    Requirements review

We check the specification, budget and destination, and whether we can genuinely help.

  3. 3

    Supplier or opportunity research

We research suitable manufacturers, suppliers, auctions or surplus sources in China or the UK.

  4. 4

    Options and commercial discussion

We share the options we find, with their trade-offs, and discuss terms and practicalities with you.

  5. 5

    Agreed next steps

If you decide to proceed, we agree the scope of our support with you in writing.

Sourcing research, commercial guidance and introductions, according to the scope we agree with each client.

What we do not claim

Your decision

We set out options and trade-offs clearly so you can decide. You stay in control of what you buy, from whom and on what terms.
